A system can and should be technically advanced, fast and stable. But for optimal utilization, a system solution has to be user-friendly with a well thought out methodical operational bias. The interface in our L-DCS is designed to accommodate people who work with it on a daily basis. For the development of our check-in system we brought together over forty end users from Stockholm-Skavsta airport to participate in user and work process tests during the prototyping phase. This provided us with the feedback, views and ideas that enabled us to make the system effective and very user friendly, the prerequisites for efficient operation and passenger flow. This is why we are convinced that we can deliver a system that will be appreciated by your personnel and easy to learn and work with. Our interface and flow is the culmination of the extensive involvement of the end users.
